A song gets into the repertoire simply because Andy or Christine likes it, so the range of material goes from Victorian Music Hall, through 1930's love songs, comedy songs, country, seaside stuff, and on to skiffle and rock n' roll. There are some really daft ones too.
Their 'retro' style of performance is eminently suitable for events covering 1930's through the 1940's and WWII into the early 1950's, as well as fitting in with Victorian/Edwardian events.
As you can see they have some very nice outfits to go with it too.
They are now well known on the maritime festival circuit around the country, often as the light relief between the shanty singing. They perform in a variety of nautical costumes, on one occasion dressed as Vikings!
