Inner State has had a close relationship with water and the sea for most of its twenty years in operation, despite Andy being a rotten swimmer. Consequently many of their walkabout characters & shows have links to the seaside or maritime history.

PUNCH & JUDY
Punch and Judy have escaped from the booth and, like all the other day trippers are having a day out at the seaside. Mr Crocodile is happy to smile at everyone from Judy’s arms, but Mr Punch, as usual, is not the best person to be looking after the baby.
SKULDUGGERY
These two retired inept pirates, have been washed up with nowhere to hide. Just time for them to tell you a bit about the real nasty pirates, and enjoy a last drink and a song before they have to make a quick getaway. Assisted by Jack Scratch’em the ship’s cat and, of course, the audience.
A ‘retro’ picnic of songs and silliness, sandwiched together for a day out on the prom, the beach...or anywhere you can put up a deckchair.
